The Old Homestead Steak House first opened in 1868 and it remains a straightforward, old-fashioned steakhouse without sacrificing any of the modern amenities. In this sense, thankfully, it is no longer that difficult to get Kobe beef from Japan, which probably wasn't on the menu in 1868. Most of the dishes are priced in the higher range, but are well worth your money.

Absolutely beautiful ambiance combined with world class service, and that’s just the beginning. The food is “best in the business” good!

So disappointed. Have been walking by for six months. Had to try but — Service was bad. Drinks were horrible. Steak was delicious. Decor was awesome old school. Not recommended.

I saw an episode of most expensivist with 2 chains and old homestead was one of the restaurants he visited.... andy was our waiter and was fantastic.... such a great dining experience and food was awesome
