RecommendedWe stayed in the Queen whirlpool suite, and absolutely loved it. It has a great walk out balcony with a view of the creek and some mountains. The room alone is just super cozy with the timed fireplace, walk in shower, spacious storage and not to forget the jet spa tub. The location is also great, where you can literally walk to the long strip of shops and restaurants. This is our new favorite place to stay in Gatlinburg. We just spent 3 days here and it was wonderful. Kind staff, clean room and wonderful location.
Great place and great people. Do hate that breakfast is not served anymore but hot croissant is not bad.
It’s clean, comfortable, updated. With balconies on the river. They have fireplaces and very comfortable beds. We stay there every time we go to Gatlinburg. The staff is excellent, you are right in the heart of town.
Beautiful, clean rooms. Everyone was super friendly and extremely helpful. Enjoyed relaxing on the balcony listening to the water. The location is perfect for walking to so many places.
Love sitting on the balcony listening to the water. Very relaxing. Rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff is great. The only request I would have is to please bring back more breakfast choices.
