We have stayed at alot of places, but this was by far the best!! Everything was perfect, jacuzzi and room was clean and beds were so comfortable, not to mention all the staff was sp nice and helpful! I will be recommending this place to everyone! We can't wait to come back! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
The best room that we have ever had for the money spent. Room was superb! Amazingly clean. Even walking barefoot, there was no sand or grit on the floor. Staff is amazing! Jeri Ann was our house keeper and even she was awesome! We spent 20 minutes just talking and laughing with her. We had the king spa suite over looking the river and we couldn't ask for better!
Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. From the minute you check in until you walk out, you're well beyond taken care of. The rooms all have river views. Ours was the spa king suite... All I can say is WOW. Large room overlooking the Little Pigeon River (as previously described) with a cozy fireplace, Jacuzzi tub, spacious shower, and all the other amenities one would expect. Can't give this place any more than 5 stars, but it deserves it. Can't wait to come back.
Haven't stay in downtown Gatlinburg before qqbut I am glad I did. The rooms were spacious and the view from the deck was incredible. Walking distance from all of our favorite restaurants (Smoky Mountain Brewery and Cherokee Grill) Will definitely be back.
Just spent our holiday honeymoon there and it was perfect! We will be back clean rooms, comfy beds lovely views and great breakfast! It was perfect!
Stayed here twice now. Very happy with our rooms and the service. Would stay here again.
