My husband and I stayed at Old Creek Lodge for our honeymoon. It was perfect. We slept with the door open to the balcony every night listening to the creek rush through it was so peaceful. Very clean and great service. I will be staying here next year and can't wait.
Bed was the worst that I have ever experienced, and the front desk could not have cared less. I will never recommend this place.
We had the best stay here last week. We loved everything about the hotel...the location, the room, the staff, the service, just everything. We just returned from an overnight stay in Pigeon Forge at another hotel and we vowed we will never stay anywhere but Old Creek Lodge again!! Thanks for keeping such a clean, beautiful property and offering such great customer service!

I will never stay anywhere else in Gatlinburg! It's a clean, quiet, friendly environment in the heart of the Smokies! You will not go wrong staying at this hotel!
Stayed here July 2015 and it was excellent, room was very clean, employees were super nice and prices for our room was very reasonable. We will book this hotel again!!!!
