Worse experience we have had in all of our trips to Gatlinburg. We have visited the resort area 7 times this year. Upon arrival and checking the linens we discovered blood stains all over the comforters and bed sheets. We immediately walked down to inform the front desk about the situation. They promised to have it fixed in a timely matter.. Two hours later they changed out the sheets. Third time staying with Old Creek Lodge. There’s a reason we keep going back. Such great stays each time! I cannot express enough how friendly the staff members are. There was an employee by the name of Sebastian that was so helpful to us the night we arrived back at the lodge and all parking was full. I went in to ask where we needed to park. What did he do? He moved his vehicle so we could park. So nice! Thank you for such a great experience every time we’ve stayed!
Nice place to stay. Loved the balcony where every morning we were met by a raccoon in the tree tops. Enjoyed our stay.
The King Spa Suites... Hate that they did away with the continental breakfast and went with Healthy....Lol. We will be there shortly....
Love staying here! Clean rooms that look just like they do in the pictures!
Highly recommend and will visit again in the future!! The rooms were spacious and clean. The bathroom was great, and I loved the balcony access to listen to the creek. The staff were courteous and friendly each interaction. 👍🏼👍🏼
