Dinner and dinner service was a complete disaster and a sincere disappointment. Table of 5 on March 11. Drinks ordered, 1 drink was missing from the order, and 1 drink was incorrect. Dinner arrived, filet ordered rare was served beyond well done. Prime rib was stone cold. Coffees brought to the table were decaffeinated, ordered 5 regular coffees. Slow service, brought us to a table that was still being cleaned, then disappears for about 25 minutes! No drinks, appetizers or anything!! Frozen food just like red lobster or any other big chain!
This is great place! Elegant with ambiance. Great food and drinks. Very hospitable and friendly staff.
The service was wonderful. had no need to ask the server for anything she knew what we needed. thank you so much had a great time. the reason i did not give it a 5 star is that the place where they had me sitting the post covered more than a quarter of the stage. :(

The best if not one of the best establishments in the lima and surrounding areas. Awesome dinner, better service, the band exploit deluxe was great Saturday night. A&J woodworking did a spectacular job on the interior finishes. John knocked one out of the park with this flagship venue. If I were in charge of handing out Michelin stars OCP would have one. Thank you for the experience.

Friday night was my 1st visit to The Upper Lounge. 2 words...Loved it! The entertainment was great, the crowd was fun. I'll definitely be returning soon for future acts.
