Cleans out your wallet...not your apartment – We were moving to a 1500 sq. foot apartment in Olde City and wanted the vacant space cleaned. Nany came out and assessed the job. Her initial estimate was $325 which is pretty outrageous...eventually she agreed to do it for $200. Since we just moved in, we did not have any cleaning equipment. She said she would bring her own.
