Service was great only wish the wait wasn't so long.

Building smelled bad of natural gas. Hostess blew me off about the smell...blamed in on JJ’s next door. Got seated, took 20 minutes to be noticed. Gas smell was so bad my head was hurting...got up and left.
I should’ve known how the visit was going to be, after walking in and being ignored by 2 or 3 people standing around and nobody hosting. It seemed like all of them had the ‘not my job’ attitude. The natural gas smell, ‘supposedly’ coming from JJ’s next door, was unbearable. So bad, I contemplated calling the fire department myself. The service was just as bad as previous reviews I read. In 20 mins after being sat, we had barely received our drinks, with no one coming back to ever get our order.
Autumn, our bartender, was the absolute best! She genuinely wanted to help and made sure we had the best service and got what we wanted. l hope Old Chicago trains every employee like this. VERY IMPRESSED!
