Hire responsible waiters. I was the only one in the dining area above the bar. Hardly anyone was there. I sat there for 25 minutes and not one person came to check on me or wait on me. It was 1-15-20 @ 1 00 pm. I see why it was dead.
Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever had and I am very difficult to tick off. After the server realized he forgot to enter my order and everyone else’s food came out, it still took 45 min to get a bowl of pasta! I was continually told my food would be out shortly. The manager comped our food but it it was one of the most frustrating dining experiences I’ve ever had. It shouldn’t take 3 hours to get a pizza and pasta. I will never go to this location again.
I had never been and never had Chicago style pizza. My husband and I met a friend to watch the UofL game and he had never been there before either. We tried to order the Chicago crust pizza at 3pm on a Saturday and they were out???? That's like Burger King being out of burgers. No real apology and no manager to come by and explain. The service was awful. Our server took our order and that was it. Someone else brought our food and silverware. The waiter never came back to check on us or get us more water. I had to go and ask the hostess if I could get my bill. It was a joke!
RecommendedMy fiancee and I had an outstanding experience at your store tonight. the food and service are always great, but I feel like the service we had tonight was outstanding. We sat in the bar area, and had Brant (maybe Bryan or Bryant, I Lost the receipt) as our server! He was awesome. Thank you guys for always killing it!
