So I went to Old Chicago specifically to get the Italian Melt sandwich. When I asked for no mayo, I was told the sandwich could not be made without mayo; it was already between the meat. This means the sandwiches are premade. Even Subway can customize a sandwich with anything and doesn't premadke the sandwiches. Now I can see why this restaurant never has any cars at it.
