Placed an online order tonight, arrived at the time specified, only to find out they didn’t know about my order. The girl kept asking me if I was at the correct location, I kept assuring her that I ordered from this location. She went back to talk to her manager and said they’re going to make it on the spot, so I waited for it to be done. Restaurant was pretty much out of everything we wanted to order! The waitress forgot to put in half of the order she did comp it in the end but coaching and training is definitely needed at this location!
Great Food, Don't Care for the sticky nachos, prefer real melted cheese instead of that sticky one, drinks are cool but i can't stand a dirty place...tables not clean and wiped...more tables not cleaned and wiped...tables should be cleaned right away instead of making people wait...and not just tables paper on the floor...geez...A customer should not have to say this...By all means i think the bathroom were more clean then the main dining rooms...urgh gross...I would hate to see what the kitchen is like...maybe I was just hu... read more
My friends and I spent the night bowling and decided to come to Old Chicago for some beers and pool. My girlfriend and I went to find a pool table while the men got drinks. There was one pool table open and the group of men at the other two started to talk down to us. My friend was defending herself, and the manager asked US to leave. My group of friends left except the one that just paid for our drinks they took away cause he wanted a receipt showing he was refunded his money and the manager told him 'we don't do that here'... read more
