It was terrible the waiter was inept and the food and drinks took forever. The restaurant offers refills but never brings them! The manager was placateing and literally uninterested. What a waste of time and 80.00 fucking dollars!!
We just had the best food, and service. We've been driving by this pizza place daily since moving here, and finally decided to try it today. It was absolutely amazing. We had the spicy fried pickles, cheesy garlic bread, onion rings, and the large classic pizza. I definitely recommend this place, and we'll for sure be going back ���
I've been to Old Chicago many times but this last time was awful. Went there for lunch with my 7 month old, my mom, and a friend. First of all our waitress was spacey and not paying attention but then my baby was sitting on my lap and she put my plate right in front of me and said "be careful that's hot." We had a huge table and plenty of room to put the plate out of my 7 month old's reach or at least ask me where I would like the plate placed. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in a restaurant since I moved here. The customer service and management were non existent. Will never go there again. We were never even seated!
