RecommendedI went to the Barn Out Back for Thanksgiving for the first time. I love the food and the service. I hope to go there again next Thanksgiving time.
We have been going here for years and I can tell you this will be the last. We stood outdoors in a line for over an hour and when we finally got inside we sat for 30 more minutes and were totally ignored and when we finally flagged someone down we were told that they forgot about us. We ordered drinks and were told that there was no silverware or glasses for drinks!. We had our Thansgiving dinner from Old Barn. It was absolutely great. It was all steamy hot, and the 20 pound turkey was the most moist and tender I have ever had. It was also no more expensive that cooking at home. I was feeling bad because this is the first Thanksgiving I have been unable to cook the meal for the family, as I am getting older. No more, I will be happy to have Old Barn cook it from now on.
Good food and great atmosphere. Didn't know lima had this place.
