I called this company to order a ac kit for my 1962 buick skylark 215 v8 high performance engine. they told me what to get, they placed the order on the phone for me. when I got it my mechanic said this unit is not for a v8 and is completely opposite of what the v8 needs. turns out when I called Matt back to advise him of the company's mistake he told me we only have units for the v6. I returned the unit at a local show they were selling. got my refund but they refused to give me 135.00 I paid in shipping. I can understand ... read more
We had sent in a core to be 'bought back' and was never contacted again after it was delivered. I just called and was informed that it was 'stuck' on the inside so they couldn't buy it back. I was never told it had to be in working order when I first called before sending. So wrong info given, no follow up and no offer to reimburse the $15 it took to send to TX.
