Take good care of customers My best friend urged me to go to Olathe Ford for the first time and I am so glad that she did. There were a couple of small problems with my new Fiesta, but they took care of them imediately and I love the car.
Many Happy Purchase Experiences Just bought our 3rd car from Olathe Ford and as usual the customer service is beyond reproach! The sales staff and managers have been there for years and that is probably why it is such a wonderful experience to purchase from this dealership. Top notch! I have taken my Navigator to Olathe Lincoln for all of its service. They have treated me better than any other car dealer. They consistantly exceed my expectations.
Fair and honest I shopped several dealers, but Olathe Ford had the lowest price and seemed to be the only one who was giving me honest answers to my questions. When I arrived at the dealership, my truck was sitting next to the showroom and was exactly as described. I drove it home 2 hours later.
Service Customer serivce at this location is hit and miss. Twice I took my car to get serviced. Both times when I dropped it off I was told that I would receive a call informing when My car was done. 1st time, a day a half later I called to find out when it would be ready, I was told that the vehical was ready the day before. 2nd time I received a call 15 min before closeing time to come pick up my vechile. ............ yeah thier Customer service cordination needs some attention.
Olathe Ford Has Bad Customer Service! I bought my teenager daughter her first car here and was lied to.... This car had been wrecked and did not show up on carfax. Needless to say they bought it back.... But they was rude to me and treated me horrible and with disrespect and i am a dsabled person. I will never ever go back there again... Then the owner then talked horrible about me to other people in Olathe whom own businesses and it got back to me....
