A First Class Experience I contacted 4 dealers and Olathe Ford the first to respond and the only one to give me honest answers. I saved at least $1,500 over the next closest dealer and was teated so much better.
Horrible service experience During the buying process we were treated with respect, however we have since run into problems with our truck. We took the truck to the service department to have this issue addressed and have since been accused of fabricating service requests for the power-train issue. We will never be doing business again with Olathe Ford.
Good Dependable service We've had our vehicles serviced at Olathe Ford for years and always had good service. One of the things I appreciate is being able to drop my truck off when they are closed and to pick it up in the evening as long as the sales department is open. PROS: Their people CONS: No Sunday hours

Great dealership experience We have bought at least 5 vehicles from Olathe Ford. They have always treated us with respect. We enjoy doing business with the Sales Staff there. The Service department has always helped us anytime when needed service on short notice. We tell everyone we know to go there to buy or have there vehicle serviced there.
Great truck Good service, honest pricing and straight answers. I got a good deal on a new F150 with all the bells and whistles.
Salesmen Stink I bought a car from here in 2005. I will never ever buy another car from Olathe Ford. I was lied to and overpaid for what I bought. The extended warranty I bought that was supposed to be bumper to bumper turned out to be only for the drive train. So when you lie to your customers and you over sell them and then do not promise to live up to what you sold them then you'll never have my business again. Fantastic I had a fantastic experience with Olathe Ford and will be recommending others. The salespeople were easy to talk with and very knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the new gadgets on my new car. They synced my phone to my car and explained in detail how each function worked. Even the sales manager was great to work with and seemed to really care about my needs and budget.
Hreat service This was an excelent experience. The sales team took the time to help me find the right vehicle that I could afford. My next car will come from here.
