Ol mexico my favorite restaurant – My fiance and I Love this place, it has the best Mexican food in the twin cities and it is reasonably priced. You have the freedom to create your own combination or order one of their suggested menu items. I usually have a chimichanga with rice and beans and always have plenty left over to take home. Great Food, Price, Service and a Great Place to Have a Party – I have been to Ol' Mexico several times for both family dining and Happy Hour. Most recently I hosted a baby shower there and can I just say it was outstanding! One of the only restaurants that doesn't have a minimum purchase requirement since they don't charge for the private seating area. Great Mexican food -With a great atmosphere too! – The food was a great experience- Love the maragritas and the bartenders don't skimp on the alcohol like lots of other places. great food but pricey The food is really good but the prices are a bit high. Depending on when you go, it is quiet or REALLY busy, especially near the bar area during a game. Chips and salsa are yummy and we usually get the fajitas!
Mediocre food, weak drinks, worse service – This used to be one of my favorite restaurants years ago, but the last two times I've gone the food has been mediocre, and recently my friend and I both commented that their margaritas were weak. A disappointment considering it has such potential.
