Best experience I've ever had in surgery. Great facility with people who really do care.
The hospital is good. It's the people in the area for special procedures that had a -5 with me this week. They called me on Monday and I have been calling 4 to 5 times a day left voice mail and still waiting. .They need to have someone to answer/return calls the same day. I called the doctor's office and let them know about the problem. .
It's a very nice hospital & staff! I was very impressed :)
Our son had surgery at OSH, and I was so impressed with the staff and how smoothly everything went. We never had long waiting times and knew what was going on at all times. Surgery actually happened on time which is pretty impressive in itself. Even pre-op the week before was quick. Everyone we encountered was so friendly and helpful.
