I recently spent four days in this facility following total hip replacement. My doctor was fantastic and EVERYONE was so kind and went above and beyond in my care. Shout out to the staff on 7th floor and Dr Plaster.

This is a one star specifically for the home office/ main line number. I just hung up on a male, I think his name was Jason, regarding an appointment on a serious issue. They were all laughing in the background and he said "ow" from all the horse play. Ridiculous and unprofessional. If this is the main office, I can only imagine the staff.

Had L4-L5 laminotomy at 7am today. Amazing! Awesome staff! Felt like we were all family. If anyone needs musculoskeletal surgery this is the place. So thankful for all the staff that with/worked on me, all were professional but very personnel. Arrived at 5:15 and was on my way home at 9:10am. Came out of anesthesia with instant relief! Again thank all of the doctors and staff. Thank you Dr. Thomas Craven! Amazing job!

This is one amazing hospital. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. They recognize how stress full it is for a family to have their loved ones have surgery. The people here are so kind and gentle with the paicence and the family members keeping the family well informed of the care thiwr loved ones are receiving.
