RecommendedI think Dr Patel is one of the best and Zoey R. is one of the most caring. My only complaint is that the message system is terrible seems to be long dely most of the time in responding on the Klara system.

RecommendedI have went to this clinic for several years now And love Dr Patel and Rebecca, but over the last 4 months I have been having issues with getting meds filled on time, prior authorization on new meds they want me to try after several phone calls I finally called Victor and he got right on it. Their phone system is a complete night mare and my last injection I was told I had to pay $75.00 up front for sedation because my insurance which is champ va won’t cover which I know was inaccurate cause I have never had to pay for it fr... read more

Recommendedthey listen to me and really help my back I recommend them to my friends because I think that this is an awesome place to have your pain taken care of
I would not ever send my worst enemy here. They leave you without meds and tell you it'll be taken care of when it is.. and this common practice for patients. You will have to wait hours at appointments. Its ridiculous the patient care is terrible. I've been here since 2016 and have had 3 different doctor's if that tells you anything and when they leave there is no notice to patients to say oh by the way your doctor is no longer with this clinic and your seeing someone else like a nurse practitioner or a different doctor. My first appointment with this office was ridiculous. I had an appointment, arrived 45 minutes before my appointment as I was instructed to do to fill out paperwork and I waited 2 hours to see the doctor only to be pushed off to the PA because of a "disconnect" on their part. The only reason I waited was because of the extreme pain I was in. After that day I could never get a hold of anyone and finally I made the decision to go elsewhere. I couldn't even get a hold of them to cancel all future appointments.
