Dr Patel is patient to listen to your concerns and answers all of your questions. I have had 2 surgeries at his facility and he has called to check on me both times after hours, more than once. The second surgery was more major than the first. He assisted another surgeon as the anesthesiologist and explained everything in detail about all that would be done. Since it was outpatient, Dr Patel stayed with me to monitor me during recovery up until I was released. And his staff is awesome too! I highly recommend this facility!
I have never had a bad experience here as of yet. Amy is an amazing person. She listens to what I have to say. She talks things over with me not threw me. The staff at the front always have a smile on & keep their cool even when there is a big line. The last person I want to add is the young lady at scheduling when you leave. She is always light hearted and try to be accommodating.
Staff working at the front desk are very very rude. They treat you like you are a addict and like they are way above you. That's how they make me feel everytime i visit the office. The Sheridan office is complete opposite absolutely love them they make sure are comfortable and taken care of.
Dr wasif is a good doctor he is friendly and caring and professional they should make more doctors like him I would recommend him to anyone I would consider him a good friend.
Great clinic! I highly recommend. Will be returning and referring family or friends.
The doctors and PAs here are great! Amazing people, and amazing care!
