Scam artists. They had my insurance information weeks before my appointment. Once I arrived Dr. Chen informed me that my insurance would not pay for the botox injections for migraines. He refused all treatment. He then told me to go work full time rather than part time to get "better" insurance. He told me I could then pay out of pocket and see if this hypothetical insurance would reimburse me. They basically billed my insurance company for an appointment to tell me they wont treat me.
