I have been a patient at this office for coming on 10yrs now due to chronic back and shoulder issues. This was my 4th office in 8yrs due to staff/doctor "bedside manner", scheduling comminucation, and office professionalism. Doctor Claflin is the first Doctor to listen to me completely, to not scream at me, & to not put me on a medicine patch that eats through my arm and doesn't help at all. The Staff is amazingly knowledgeable and helpful as well, and my life is changing because I no longer feel like I'm birthing a chain saw out of my back for the most part.
