RecommendedThe clinic took great care of my son in my absence. His grandma took him to get stitches and they made the visit quick and easy. They allowed her to fill out what she knew of the paperwork and did not worry about the rest.
Indo not recommend this place. I'm diabetic, elongated qt syndrome and blood pressure. I have a pulsating spider bite between the reception and the nurse informing me she knows nothing about front desk. as a professional whoas gone to ER, Dr office and Urgent Care most agencies access information with patient info online I asked for a manager bc the young lady was online and acted as if I was interupting her and there was NO ONE in the clinic. if you have a medical emergency and if you can wait, go see your doctor's and not ... read more
Took brother for an MRI which according to them would take 30 minutes...still waiting on him 2 hours later and they just told me would be another 15 minutes. Would not recommend unless you like being in waiting room for 3 plus hours.

I arrived at this location in 15 minutes before they closed and when I called the number to get a COVID test the gentleman told me we close in 15 minutes and i should come back in the morning. I said are you telling me I could not get tested for Covid tonight? he said we close in 15 minutes and we have people ahead of you. I asked him again are you telling me I cannot get tested for COVID tonight I'm here before you close and he finally said yes you can get tested. why did he argue with me and force me to come back tomorrow ... read more
RecommendedI'm a very anxious person and having to be alone for my surgery made me even more anxious, but I have to say from admissions, pre-op, surgery, to recovery, EVERY single person that dealt with me was very kind and understanding. they made me feel very comfortable, they listened to my concerns & worries. They were always smiling and had a good demeanor!! I left feeling in good spirits. I will definitely return if any other procedures were to be needed. i setup appointment for curbside covid testing. when I arrived at Nextcare I called the number on the door to advise that I had arrived. the individual advised that it's too hot outside and asked me to step inside. I advised that I was possibly exposed to the virus and didnt feel comfortable going in. She again stated it was too hot and there were forms to be completed and it was too hot to go back and forth and again asked me to enter. everything about the organization and how care is conducted in this place is terrible and unethical. two providers have some idea of what a patient needs from a provider but no one had any kind of inkling of how to treat an ill person especially someone experiencing one of the worst hours of life. anyone with illnesses that are not visible to the naked eye and are beyond the most basic antibiotic or bandaid, save yourself the trouble and go to MU or the ER.
RecommendedJust recently delivered my second baby at Hillcrest South, and both experiences were amazing. The entire Labor and Delivery department is so caring, professional, and supportive for new moms. Special shout out to Luanne (who is a true rock star and also helped during delivery of my first baby), Beth, Katie, Denia, Gayle, and Mare. If I'm ever asked for a hospital recommendation, I will always share the highest praises for Hillcrest South. Thank you to your entire team for providing my son and me with such great care
