This is a wonderful place to get a great workout every time you go! Jake and his fantastic staff of coaches provide a welcoming and safe place to workout for every skill level. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and help you learn to lift and workout safely and effectively in order to prevent injury. I have been a member of Okie for nearly 2 years. In the first year I lost 50 pounds. I have run 2 5k races, and this year I was 5 minutes faster than last year. The coaches are very knowledgeable and helpful. They always put technique and safety over everything else. The other members create a wonderful community. You should definitely come check it out!

Top notch coaching and programming! With clean and organized facilities and lots of class times offered—what more could you want? A great community? You get that at Okie as well! The owner Jake has a ton of energy and a love for life that is contagious. All the members I’ve met have welcomed me with the same enthusiasm.
