My first time visiting a box in another town which was a little intimidating but Bryce was awesome, the other CrossFitter’s were so nice, and the space was super cool!
Since day 1 it felt like family... everyone is so friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants to see results fast in a safe environment. #notaboringworkout
I did a drop in today and had a great workout! They got back to me super fast when I contacted them. The coaches were amazing!
One of the cleanest and best organized Crossfit gyms that I have visited and I travel for a living (25+ boxes in 6 countries). Coach was great. I definitely plan to return when I am in town next. Drop in fee included a tee shirt.
Great visit to Okie CrossFit Downtown! I dropped in from Texas to complete the CF Open 18.3 WOD on March 10! Great coaches and members! Very welcoming environment! Special thanks to Kate Reddick for judging, counting, and cheering me on during my 18.3 attempt! Will definitely be back the next time I am in town! Cheers!!!
I am so thankful for the new ME I'm finding at Okie CrossFit! Jake and the staff are so encouraging and involved in the journey to a better YOU! I've always been so nervous to work out with others and hate trying new things but this has been the best decision for myself I've made in years. It's really hard work and no excuses allowed :) but if you want a better version of yourself and are willing to show up, the team at Okie Crossfit will get you to the finish line, no Question! I love how it’s such a family working together, pushing each other day in and day out!! Even on the worst days! Okie Crossfit Downtown is such an amazing place, after the first 3 days you go, you might be sore but you’ll fall in love with the place and the people! Don’t hold back, come join us!!
