There was a problem with ring, they found a solution!
Best place to get oil changed, i have a pickup with skid plates and these guys still do the oil change and don't charge extra for fighting around the skid plates. It's great you can sit in your vehicle while they do everything and they'll show you everything they do and walk you through what they are doing. Better than taking your vehicle anywhere else and hoping that the high school kids there actually change your oil when you can't see your vehicle while they work on it.
Consideration is lacking and skills appear to be as well. Holding up the line for over 15 minutes while 5 guys stare through a customers f150 I assume to reset his oil light. All while several other customers turn away and apparently a valvoline employee thinks it’s more important weed whipping weeds in an unorganized fashion. Common sense. Move the guy forward get the line moving and next car serviced and you can keep a guy willing to help the customer reset his service light ….
