Consideration is lacking and skills appear to be as well. Holding up the line for over 15 minutes while 5 guys stare through a customers f150 I assume to reset his oil light. All while several other customers turn away and apparently a valvoline employee thinks it’s more important weed whipping weeds in an unorganized fashion. Common sense. Move the guy forward get the line moving and next car serviced and you can keep a guy willing to help the customer reset his service light …. I should have asked how much for an oil change before having it done ! $107.69 They claimed they checked everything below OIL DRAIN PLUG & GASKET. They DID NOT ! It's a far cry from what I remember Oil Can Henry to be.
