Excellent service! Dr. Kirkpatrick was so kind, helpful & informative. He made a quick incision, and I was in/out fast!
Dr.O gets 5 stars. The blonde lady at the front gets 0 due to her attitude and sass. I’m currently 8 months pregnant, can barely walk, and she told me she removed my 2:40 appointment because I wasn’t there at 2:20. I also drove over an hour to get there in the pouring rain. There was no phone call asking if I was on my way or where I was (like any office does) she acted like my appointment was hours ago and I was just now showing up. I had no problems whatsoever with Ohiohealth until now. Since Dr. Tsai has left I had the worst experience ever and especially from a lady named Dorothy Mae Jordan who argued with me and had no concerns for my health! She also hung up on me about asking for refills.. so ridiculous! My business with them is done!!
