The office and nursing staff are very rude and dismissive with very poor communication. Also, the waiting room is somewhat dirty and dingy, their medical equipment appears to be outdated, and there's just overall poor sanitation in this office. The final straw for me was the lack of any good explanation regarding a last minute cancelling of my appointment when everyone there was well aware of the urgent matter that was to be addressed at this cancelled appointment. My doctor,PA, Katie Ellis is the best doctor I've had in recent years. She is thorough and spends quality time discussing your care and discusses additional testing when needed to get to root cause of a situation. Labdraw area of building is excellent too.
Foul referrals.. Waste of time, waste of money! Btw the doctor I got was Jack Ellis.
Personnel have changed a lot over the years and for the worse. I showed up 15 minutes early as requested and stood at the reception desk for 5 minutes before two workers stopped chatting with each other and acknowledged my existence. Rude!! One main reason for my visit was to get blood work done, which I explained while scheduling the appointment. When I was finally asked who I was and if I needed lab work done or if I was seeing a doctor. I said yes to both and was told that I couldn't do both. And then after all of that, I... read more
Dr. Oday was great for my new patient visit and his staff stayed late to get my labs take care of same day. The experience was great!
