My91 year old mother was sent to MGH for a fall on November 19, 2026 at 4:30 pm from her assisted living in Kenton 30 minutes away. The staff was kind and efficient and had all tests done quickly until she needed a transport home. She was discharged at 7:30 but the transport eta was 11:00 pm. I asked them to call a transport from Kenton. They refused. She said it had to be a private transport and Kenton didn't have any.
