Every nurse, every aide and the chaplain were all so loving and have been such a huge blessing to us for the past two months that my mom was on hospice. They became family.
This hospice company is terrible. The nurse Ryan A and social worker Emily M were terrible and did nothing to offer care or support. They said they could not admit my dad to hospice because he wasn’t showing the symptoms that the hospital stated. Then they lied in their reports and said that I denied their service. Would not recommend!
My mom suffered for four days they did absolutely nothing to help her they did not know what they were doing we had to do everything I spent most of her last day crushing up pills instead of holding my mother's hand they ask me what I wanted from hospice I told them I didn't want my mom to suffer and for her last four days on earth she did don't ever use them I regret it
Would not recommend them to anyone. Ever! Worst experience of my life for me and my family.
