I have held the Wexner Medical Center in high regard, but this has changed due to recent issues I have had with service/billing/etc. I am not going to go into details on everything, just the most recent. I have been a patient with various OSU doctors for years. I saw a dermatologist a little over three years ago, and had some additional concerns and was given a referral by my primary care physician. Great team. Been going here for 12 years. Grateful to have this office so close to home.
My appt. was scheduled for 9am. It’s now 10:30 and I’m still waiting to be seen. I specifically scheduled an early appt. because the office is always way behind. Dr. Kageorge is a great doctor but it’s not worth this wait for a simple physical. There are other good doctors around, will be seeking one out for next time.
Omg terrible customer service !!!!! I tried to schedule appointment and the lady at the phone is so rude!!!
I waited 5-6 months for an appointment with Dr. Ramon Reddick (visit went great, staff was great) just to be told a few weeks later that he would be leaving. When I tried to get establish with another provider, who online states their accepting new patients, I am told they are not accepting new patients. The really annoying thing about the situation is, as a healthcare provider, most organizations require a 3 month notice when resigning, except in cases of termination.
