emergency department is a joke. my daughter was Life flighted there because she miscarriaged and was bleeding bad. they did absolutely nothing. they actually told her, they have way sicker patience than her to take care of. she'd push call light, just to have them shut it off at desk and never come when they released her, they didn't even offer a cloth to clean up. she came home covered in blood and body fluids.

My husband had a procedure done and they gave us an arrival time at 8:00am. The time changed the day before, but the did not inform us. They took my husband straight back when we got there and said it would be 3-4 hours. I am still waiting going on 9 hours and nobody seems to know what’s going on. Will never come back here again!!!!

RecommendedCalling patient experience a few times, always a recording. Leave a message. I love this hospital. Our experiences have always been positive, except for a couple times. My husband has so many issues and since 2004, he has seen 20 doctors! I honestly can say our experiences have been positive, except for those two times. Wonderful care and people! Yes, I firmly believe patients' families need to be involved and continually monitor their loved one. It is just a fact regardless of the institution.
I love OSU they are the best hospital in the world and they care about their patient very much yesterday I went to the emergency room with severe chest pain stomach pain and right side pain they did a whole lot of tests on me and a EKG and it wasn't good they admitted me to the hospitalthey took real good care of me while I was in the hospital thank you so much OSU y'all are the best and I wouldn't trade y'all for nothing in the world y'all the number one best hospital in the world

This is a review of the Vaccination center at the Schottenstein Center. This is a tremendously well organized endeavor, all made possible by the dedicated staff. From the person who helps guide you to the parking lot, to the last one you see on the way out, they are outstanding! You're guided through every step of the process. Your questions are answered. Day Light Robbery - I went for a Annual Physical Checkup to a Nurse Practitioner and at the end of the exam, she asked me if I had any issue. I said there was a mark on my face she looked at it and charged me $250 for looking into a mark on my face.

There are good ones but then there are bad ones and when the bad ones rule or the good staff make excuses and/or cover for the bad ones it make the entire facility look bad. I am hoping that my issue gets corrected because a staff member that laughed in my sisters face and stated night shift would take care of it when my sister told her my dads bag was leaking lied to a nurse manager who then called patient experience and said my sister was recording staff which is a LIE! Hospitalist McClung is by far the worst doctor I've ever had. He didn't consult me when making changes to my care plan, Stopped IV pain meds when I couldn't even keep down liquids, spoke down to me and belittled me like a child when I asked for help, was an overall jerk to me when I called him out for not listening to me. I begged him to not stop the IV pain meds until I tried solid food since I knew it would cause problems, which it did and still is. The doctor was a jerk during one of the scariest times in my life. This place was awful, the doctors were disorganized and my aunt's case manager was terrible. If it wasn't for the excellent nursing staff I'd give this place Zero stars. Her case manager, Candy, made several important decisions about my aunt's care without consulting her or me. It caused a lot of stress anxiety for her that was totally unnecessary.
