Treats staff very poorly. Does not provide adequate staffing to ensure safe patient care. I strongly do not recommend. Some people don't get their meds for days!! I feel sorry for those who work the floor there. Seems like a very detached management team.
They were amazing with my Grandma who had physical issues and not good at all with my Mom with mental issues. And they ignored the order for a physiological evaluation that was on the administration paper with.Then they REFUSED TO DO ONE. But they will give me a list of doctors where I can get it done for her. That's real helpful isn't it? Oh and my Mom when without meds she needs for days. I still have no idea why that was an issue. Not happy with this place at all. They have an ankle braclet on her and will not let her out... read more
We can not thank the staff of Ohio Living Sarah Moore enough for the excellent care and treatment of my father and their friendly treatment of family and friends who would stop in to visit.
