I have worked at Ohio Living Swan Creek for 15 years! It is a great place to work and feels like a family atmosphere. My grandma even lives here and she is so happy that she made the move to OLSC!
Best of the best! Whether a resident, family member or employee you will be treated with concern, respect and care. Have spent 18 years of my nursing career here and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Swan Creek has invested nothing but time and energy into helping me be the best employee to the residents we serve. I am approaching my seven year anniversary and looking for many more years of employment to come!
Ohio Living Swan Creek has a positive atmosphere that is noted by most guests. Everyone is friendly and whenever residents or employees pass one another in the hall, there is always a friendly greeting. Employees create such wonderful bonds with the residents here which is so wonderful to see. Employees are very hardworking and really care about each one of their patients. For residents I would highly suggest it but if you're looking for an employer keep in mind that they do not accomadate, or care about the health of their employees. They boast a fancy care beneifit plan but do not stand behind it when you get sick or need time off. In my time working there, they fired multiple people over medical issues.
I worked there and it was a great place to work. I hated leaving that job.
