Great airport
Not a nice way to either start or end your trip. Security is so slow and bad, almost hostile, and racist towards my fellow travelers. NOT a good or fair representation of the American people.

Classic, huge American airport. Cross section of the world 🌍 busy and on the go flying through the antiquated terminals. Once something truly remarkable, but now a sign of declining infrastructure
If you’re looking for a quiet place to sleep (stuck overnight), the couches behind the Connect to Chicago cafe are ideal. No arm rests, cushions, quiet. Closes at 9pm, opens at 7am.
Skybridge is an awesome short order joint in F terminal. Walk past McDs and enjoy a bacon egg and cheese sandwich (croissant or toast), or a big happy omelette.
