We are so grateful we found Dr. Pham. Finding a great pediatrician is not easy. Mukay helped us transfer everything from our previous pediatrician and explained how the concierge service works. I am so glad she did because when our girls are sick, I prefer the pediatrician see them. Dr. Pham has been incredibly thorough in follow ups for a recent ear infection and virus our oldest daughter has had. Mukay has helped us get those same day appointments to make sure our girls get the treatment they need.
We are so grateful to Dr. Pham and the entire staff at Ohana Pediatrics! Our son was born prematurely and had to spend a week in NICU. During this time, Dr. Pham called me almost everyday to offer his support, guidance, and provide context to the information we were getting from the NICU doctors. First off the Doc had good skills and bedside manner. Got along great with my son. Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review as his office staff is subpar. We’ve been a new pt for over 2 months and they still haven’t requested the records from our prior doctor. Took over a week to get a response via email or the portal on questions submitted. Dr. Pham has been our pediatrician for all five of my kids, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better care. He’s incredibly friendly, patient, and truly takes the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense. I never feel rushed during appointments, and I always leave feeling informed and confident about my children’s health. We met Dr. Pham when I was still pregnant, and he’s been with us every step of the way. He is very knowledgeable, caring, and supportive. When we had concerns about my daughter’s low weight, he was very reassuring and helped us address the issue (she’s thriving now!). He’s also very available, and we feel we always have the ability to reach out. Dr. Pham answers our endless questions and really seems to care about the wellbeing of our whole family. I highly recommend him!
