Just had my first pair of glasses and first eye exam at Ohana. I am totally impressed with Dr. Kwok and the entire staff. I can best describe the office as a 'well oiled machine'. Great teamwork. Thanks guys. See you soon for the next pair.

Once again, Dr Kwok and Jeff found the perfect lenses for me! Their patience and perseverance and personal service set them apart from other optical providers. I wouldn't go to anyone else regardless of insurance coverage. Some things you can't put a price on. I spent hundred of dollars on glasses I couldn't wear by cutting corners and going to chain stores, Target, Walmart etc. Dr Kwok and Jeff recognized my unique needs and ultimately saved me money and have me the gift of great vision.
Dr Kwok was amazing! She really took the time to listen to all my needs. I thought I was going to have to move from contacts to glasses, but no! She worked with me to get the right contact lenses and I left there feeling excited to be able to see near and far. So grateful to have found Ohana Eye Care!!
My family and I have been going to Dr. Kwok for a couple of years now, as we are transplants to the Valley. She is ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL! Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. She went above and beyond to try and find me a set of Bi-Focal contacts that would work on my getting-older-eyes. Finally we had success, but it was only because of her never quit attitude. If you want a Provider that listens to you and helps solve your eye-care problems, Dr. Alice is DEFINITELY your Lady!
