This is the worst VA phone set-up I've experienced. I'm trying to get information on whether the new VA facility in South Ogden has a hearing clinic, and no one at the front desk will answer the phone to answer that simple question. That defeats the purpose of setting up a phone tree. As a matter of fact, no one answers the phone at this facility. After 10 rings in any option, the phone dumps you to the SLC VA facility.
