The nurses were nice but it took 45-1hr for the call lights to be answered - actually they were never answered I flagged someone down in the hall each time I needed something. They would say they would be right back and another 45 minutes would go by. There were other things but I will stop.
Your nursing staff were the best and nicest people they made feel like a princess. They were careing and kind, they deserve a raise. I had back surgery and they were so kind and gentle.
I underwent a bone density scan. I only waited about 10 mins before they called me back. The test took about 15 mins. The technician was awesome.
The phone system at this hospital is incredibly frustrating, and the misinformation I encountered is the worst I've ever experienced. I spent hours trying to verify my referral for a DEXA scan, only to be repeatedly directed to the mammogram department, which claimed they also perform DEXA scans. When I was eventually transferred to their line, no one answered. After finally connecting with someone, they had no clue about my referral and decided to transfer me to another number.
