Get directionsI do not have any complaints about the care I have received from Doctors Nurses and CNAs while here. All have been very professional in a high stress environment. My only complaint is exasperated by my size which they of course have zero control over. The complaint is not being able to have a comfortable bed - even the large one they provided was/is uncomfortable. Fortunately they did allow me to use my power chair somewhat.
Business response:
Thank you for your comments, we are pleased to hear that you were satisfied with your care with the exception of the beds. We will discuss this with our leadership and work toward a solution for this problem. If you would like to add anything further to help us understand the situation please feel free to call us at 801.479.2044. We are wishing you a speedy recovery!
I had surgery they other day things went smooth got me in and got me ready. After the surgery I recovered in pacu and then got moved to surgical unit where I was cared for by some good nurses. I had great care and today the doctor called to check on me personally which means a lot to me.
I have had the best of care during my 4 stays in the hospital. And great food too.

Obviously this hospital is NOT a baby friendly Hospital... I work with moms and have found that this L&D unit is famous for setting up booby traps for moms and babies and hinder breastfeeding on a regular basis. PLEASE get some continued education on the care and management of breastfeeding neonates.... Also please read the ABM'S First Protocol which is the Guidelines for Glucose Monitoring and Treatment of Hypoglycemia in the Neonate... Take note that GIVING FORMULA to the asymptomatic baby is NOT listed as a treatment....
Business response:
We value all feedback about every aspect of patient care at our hospital and considered yours very seriously. While respecting the many opinions about this subject, we believe in honoring and supporting every new mother's decision regarding breastfeeding her newborn. We have resources for assisting and encouraging those who decide to breastfeed and resources for those who choose other options. Expectant women who plan to deliver their babies at our hospital and want to learn more about our lactation support are invited to ca... read more
I'm so incredibly impressed how amazing my stay has been with this child birth. The lady's in the family birth place are one of a kind and all have treated my family wonderful. Aggie was my main nurse during birth and treated me like I was her own family. Thank you ORMC for everything. ❤️❤️

I had my first child here, and it couldn't have went better. The nurses were great, so nice, happy, friendly and helpful.
Business response:
That's so nice to hear! Thank you Melissa!
My daughter has frequented Ogden regional a few times in the past month and their radiology department as well as lab personnel is amazing. They let her see x rays and explained all the parts she was seeing. The lab was sympathetic and kind to us, which helps our visits so much easier.
Business response:
