This is a 1 star rating for the billing dept. I had an issue with Medicare. This was discussed with billing back in January. They were glad to work with me. We communicated monthly for the next 5 months about what I should do. In May, all issues has cleared up. I was told to disregard further billing and Medicare would be billed. Three weeks later, I get letters threatening that collections would take place. I called and was told they had no records of the last call. My Dad has a new doctor near here, and would be referred here if he ever had any Orthopedic concerns. I have known the receptionist at this location for years. She is impossibly resilient, dedicated, and loving. She has incredible strength and experience in medical suffering and recovery.
Dr Walker is amazing and so is his staff
