Dr. Havey is the most amazing Dr ever. He is kind and very smart and takes every issue seriously, my kids have been seeing him for years. i would recommend him anytime. However last night I took my son to the after care at the clinic on Harrison and Dr. Anderson was the Dr on and I felt she didn't do the job I felt was needed. She wasn't very proficient and after the hr plus wait to see her she was not listening to the problem at hand. Most unprofessional clinic I have ever been too. My daughter was traumatized from our dealings with the ear nose and throat office. Liked the doctor but the rest of the staff is under trained and rude. I will never go back to that clinic just because of the poor treatment we got. If you get referred there think twice before having any procedures done!
The staff is fine but when you wait in the room for over an hour that is ridiculous. We got here right when they opened 4 people ahead of us and we have been waiting for over 2 hours to see someone.
I had a terrible experience taking my son to the dermatology office. We only saw a doctor the first time out of 5 visits and nothing was changing with his condition and nothing was being told to us except come back again in 4 weeks. Then after never receiving a statement my account was sent to collections without any other form of communication. When I called to see what happened all I got told was they sent statements but they don't do anything else like phone calls or emails to be sure you received a statement before they ... read more
My daughter had a well child visit with one of the pediatricians here and I found him to be very rude and unprofessional. My daughter was a few pounds overweight and the doctor had the nerve to say that overweight people cant find a spouse or a career as an adult!! So inappropriate! She has been his patient since birth but we will never return here. I understand the weight issue but theres no need to be a judgemental jerk �
