Ogden Clinic is my health care provider. I love the people and the care I receive.
The doctor was nice enough. The treatment did absolutely nothing. Even worse -- the service was terrible. They charged extra fees that they can't explain. Called w/ questions several times about the bill and they kept saying a supervisor would call back -- they NEVER did, but claimed they had left us messages. Finally sent us to collections without notice also. Called to resolve that and they added even more fees. We will not go back.
We arrived on time just to be told that Dr Lane Christensen had gone home. When we asked what happened? (Because we are reasonable people and know that things happen) Valarie the front desk lady said: “he’s the doctor and can do what he likes, and if you don’t like it you can find another clinic.” Really? I mean is that what you want your clinic to be known for? So there you go guys, they said it themselves they don’t want any patients.
Got in quickly assessed and treated. Feeling so much better and they were right there every step.
I've been coming to Ogden Clinic since I was very young, I've never had a bad experience with any provider. I've brought my daughter in since she was a newborn and plan to continue here for ad long as they are around.
The poor reviews here are confusing as it's the opposite of what I've experienced, specficially in Dermatology. Dr Tingey's office and staff are so professional and courteous. My appointments are scheduled quickly, with multiple reminders given, and I rarely wait more than 5 minutes to be called. I have felt well taken care of every visit and would recommend them to anyone.
