Once again Ogden Clinic has proven that you can have excellent doctors but still give poor customer service. The billing department makes glaring errors on a regular basis. Incorrect coding and provider notes that the doctor did not write. I spend hours on the phone with the insurance company trying to figure out why something wasn't covered only to find that it was covered but that Ogden Clinic coded it incorrectly.
