Dr. Barius was very rude, verbally insulted me. I went in purely for a mental health exam, he did it but than proceeded to tell me I probably had multiple stds cause i was young, that my body piercings needed to all be surgically removed when none of them are infected and all are well taken care of, and that my depression was fake because my mom didn’t have it and it doesn’t skip generations. I am in need of finding a new doctor. At Ogden clinic, mountain view, 2 doctors there, have told me they can't help me with my cutting edge medical problems so disappointing after waiting for the appt and paying a copays. Upon arriving for the 3rd appt there, I was informed that the Dr was no longer excepting patients over 65. This is so discouraging. Do Doctors still want to help the sick?

The providers are amazing but their billing department is shady. They will claim services are covered and then bill you in full for the service. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

My story of the Ogden urology dept started when I was referred to a doctor named Wolthius. The man was retiring. During my months of working on issues, I suffered having catheters inserted bone dry, during my turp recovery, and to the anger of the nursing staff, the only pain meds I was allowed needed to be inserted via my bum. I spoke with Mitch (Urology Practice Administrator) regarding this complaint. He feels badly that this patient is frustrated with the department. He has since spoken with staff and put in place new processes to allow for patients with urgent requests to be helped immediately.
I have absolutely no problem with the medical professionals at Ogden clinic. They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. My issue is with their billing practices. They first send bills directly to patients, before they even bill insurance. Then, they routinely bill insurance incorrectly. Then they let it sit, without further communication for an extended period and either send you a bill long after the service date, when you have forgotten the details, or send it out for collections. Around January 10th 2018 i took my son to see his doctor. Dr wi******. My mom who was there to help my son get his shots done had brought up a concern we were having regarding the fact that my son could possibly have asthma. The doctor immediately disregarded our concern and shrugged it off. We are very disappointed in Ogden clinic business services, they took out again when we paid on a bill a little early and they said that they were supposed to pay us back and I don’t know it takes almost a whole month just to get our money back and from what the manager said is it is coming from Colorado. I didn’t know it takes almost a month just to get our damn money!!! We have family that’s lives in Colorado we get our stuff from them with in 2-3 days!! I had a great experience with Ogden Clinic. The physicians are knowledgable. The staff is friendly. I would recommend the Ogden Clinic to my friends and family.
I had a surgery at Ogden clink for a motorcycle accident. I had 6 doctor visits, I sow the surgent for about 10 in my life. He always sends his assistance for appointments before and after surgery. Process was very inhuman. More like a production line. Most the time did not even try to make eye contact. My insurance they pain in full, how the bills keep showing up.
