I have had numerous surgeries to remove basal cell and have always been impressed at the excellent care and skill of the mohs surgeons and staff. So my Gastroenterologist recently transferred over to the Ogden Clinic group. My preventative colonoscopies/endoscopies/capsule studies/lab work has always been covered 100% or near 80% by our insurance. At the time of my colonoscopy I told them to bill it under family history, so it's gets paid 100%. They did not do this. Before I got the bill for the colonoscopy, I did a capsule study. Thank you for submitting this comment. Our Business Office Manager was actually working on this issue when this review was submitted. She said that she has asked the insurance to reprocess the claim (it looks like the processed it in error) for the colonoscopy. She is also trying to get them to reprocess the capsule study. We apologize that the patient received a bill for these services. Hopefully the insurance company will reprocess both of these claims correctly.
I fell and broke my wrist and was recommended to the Ogden Clinic by the ER physician at McKay Dee. I got an appointment late Wednesday afternoon. I was told that I would need to have pins put in my wrist. They scheduled the surgery for Friday. On Thursday, they called and said I heeded to pay my portion, 850.00 by noon that same day. Dr R******* office doesn’t seem to no how to make an appointment! They even admitted they screwed up and did nothing to correct the problem. Ogden clinic is running a surgery farm instead of taking care of patients. Cancelled follow up appointment with less than 24 hours notice, failure to make my appointment as they said they would in February, don’t call you back in a timely manner as they say they will. My mom was in an accident where she was not at fault. She required physical therapy after she sustained her injuries. We are now starting to file a bodily injury claim. My mom, who speaks English as her second language and has a thick Korean accent, but tries her best, went in to request her medical records to provide to the insurance company. No fault with the individual doctors, but this is the worst company. They have fraudulent billing practices and an online appointment scheduling system that hasn't worked for over a year. It's absolutely impossible to get the care you need because Ogden Clinics are so poorly run. Yet they have a virtual monopoly on services in the area.

I went to the emergency room because I was in terrible pain they did a ct scan and found I had a cyst the size of a softball and it needed to be removed and the problem fixed so I did not form another one. I love my docs, but the billing department is always a complete mess. I recieved a notice stating that I had an account balance over $200 and that my account had been suspended. I received this letter the day after I tried obtaining a COVID 19 test at my docs office and was told they couldn't see me. I called the billing dept (today) and the first clerk was rude and wouldn't listen when I tried explaining there was no way I had a balance for things from 2016??? The billing department sends you over to collections even when you make a payment. IHave health issues and I have to go through them to even be able to talk to my doctor and then Dr. Grogan would not even help me with paperwork with my work Due to my health issues. I had a lot of billing problems because my engine blew up in my car and I already put a transmission in it and I’m all wheel drive. The billing department it’s just not very understanding.
