This company represented the sellers of a town home I purchased. At final walk through we saw that the sellers had left me with a large pile of trash and debris in the driveway. He promised me it would be cleaned up day of closing. Did not follow through. Once checks were cut, I didn't matter. Disappointing lack of follow through. Would highly recommend getting things in writing when dealing with them.
