Horrible customer service. You can never find staff to help find/locate products. Employees don’t smile, don’t greet you, don’t make you feel welcomed, don’t make you feel appreciated. The copier section seems employees are too busy with their own projects, that they don’t acknowledge presence. It needs a COMPLETE makeover.
Great location and plenty of parking. Nice staff. The store is close to downtown so that makes the print department busy. perhaps busier than other stores.
I stood at the register for at least 5 minutes and nobody came over to check me out. I eventually yelled out, HELLO!?! And finally somebody sauntered my way.
