The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Customer service manager said she had no way of helping me print out something my friend had just recently gotten printed. Then told me the main manager wasn't available. Printing consultants were straight up rude and disrespectful. Had one girl even throw the paper down and business card, some young girl. I will no longer be using Office Max to make copies. I have a receipt showing they charged me .66 per black and white copy on regular paper. I will be making my copies at the UPS store for .10 per copy from now on. Feeling disgusted by the over-pricing. :(
